Hmm, I haven't used LOOT myself but if you're using sorting software it's probably not the load order making it crash. That load order is from LOOT, and i'd assume BOSS would give the same. I use Loot (which I think is the 'successor') to BOSS. Rig specs in my sig, I should have more than enough to run Skyrim. My copy of skyrim is fresh (newly downloaded), haven't touched the DLC with TES5Edit. Disable everything (over about half a dozen times, disabled what I had added), leave only the DLC and patches and it still crashes loading whiterun, yet I can load other area's - Angi's Camp, Broken Fang Cave - but if I try to load something like Embershard mine, or COC my self back to white run (coc whiterun) I crash. Got back, loaded my file outside Whiterun and what do you know? A crash.
